Are the hypnotherapy sessions online or in person?

All hypnotherapy sessions are provided via Zoom so that you stay at home or somewhere else that is private where you feel safe and comfortable for our sessions. It also means that we can work together no matter where you live.

Does hypnotherapy via Zoom work?

Yes, it absolutely does. Working via Zoom is as effective as if we were working in a room together. Since the Covid pandemic, so many hypnotherapist now offer their services via a virtual platform because it is as effective and means that clients can remain in the comfort of their own home. It gives us the benefit of being able to work together no matter where you live.

It's a free 30 minute Zoom Call when we start to get to know each other, you will learn how we will work together, we can see if we are a good match , and you can decide if now is the right time for you to commit to leaving your phobia in the past.

Where are you based?

I live in Bedfordshire, England where I work from home. Because I see all my clients via Zoom, I am able to help clients from anywhere in the UK and across the Globe.
